What the 10% includes
Buyers find themselves. Face and bib number search built in, at no extra charge.
Your storefront, your prices. Your brand on the gallery, you set every price.
The event stays up. No per-photo fees, no storage tiers, no overage, for as long as the event lives.
Checkout included. Buyers pay by card and download in full resolution, no watermark.
Your money, in your name. Your 90% goes to a Stripe account that belongs to you, not a platform balance. Withdrawing is free, whenever you want.

- GotPhoto tiers reduce the service fee to 9% and 7% on paid plans.
- ShootProof plans run $10.99 to $50 a month billed annually. Pixieset plans run $8 to $40 a month billed annually, or $10 to $50 month to month. SmugMug plans run $23.50 to $37 a month billed annually, and their cheapest plan cannot sell at all.

- § SmugMug's plan page lists card processing as "None". Their help center says the 15% they retain "includes credit card payment fees", so the cost is bundled rather than absent.

Frequently asked questions
Why 10% when my gallery takes zero commission?
Zero commission comes with a subscription sized for event volume. The plan that actually fits an event costs $20 to $32 a month, twelve months a year, whether you shoot or not, and you still pay card processing on every order. Here you pay nothing until you sell, and your buyers find their own photos instead of scrolling past them.

Do you charge my buyers anything?
A $0.49 order fee per event, paid by the buyer at checkout. You never pay it.
How long do photos stay up?
No per-photo fees, no storage tiers, no overage, for as long as the event lives. Each event has its own retention window, and the details live in our privacy policy.
When do I get my money?
Your 90% goes to a Stripe account in your name. You withdraw whenever you want, free. Bank timing is handled by Stripe, so we don't promise a number of days. What is ours to promise: no monthly cycle, no reserve, and no fee to reach your own earnings.
