[Partner] and PixDeel announce a strategic partnership to leverage synergistic value in event photography.
PixDeel is a whitelabel marketplace for events. Our design system stays out of the way so the moment itself can do the talking. Black, white, and restraint. Use this guide when you partner with us, feature us, or build inside the platform.
Every pixel, word, and transition on PixDeel follows these five principles. When two principles conflict, the higher-numbered one yields.
UI chrome stays out of the way. Black and white, never color-filtered chrome, so the content from the event is the only source of rich color.
Every core interaction completes in seconds. No spinners over 2s without feedback. No friction the user doesn't see a reason for.
Photographers ship an event with zero configuration if they accept defaults. Advanced controls are always reachable, never required.
Biometric data and payments. Clarity is non-negotiable. Pricing, consent, and privacy are inline and human-readable, never legal walls.
Quality comes from what we leave out: clutter, noise, decoration. Not from what we add.
The PixDeel symbol is an eye. It is also a lens. The same shape, two readings: the one who sees and what is seen, the photographer's gaze and the recognition of the person finding themselves in the frame. A circle inscribed in another circle, with no trick. An event is exactly that, the meeting of two gazes over the same instant.
Two forms coexist. The logo commits to editorial lowercase with a period, because the mark itself is a signature. Prose uses camel case so the compound name stays legible. Slugs and URLs collapse to one lowercase word.
In the logo only. Lowercase with a terminal period. Never paraphrased in prose.
Headlines, body copy, press, decks, contracts. Camel case keeps the compound structure readable.
Domains, email handles, social tags. One lowercase word, no punctuation.

Maintain a minimum padding equal to the height of the eye symbol (X) on every side of the lockup. No text, UI, or imagery enters this zone.
Use official files. Scale uniformly. Preserve clear space on every side.
Never scale horizontally or vertically only. Never alter the aspect ratio.
The lockup is black or white. No tints, gradients, or tenant brand fills on the mark itself.
If the background is dark gray, a busy photo, or a texture, use the light or dark variant with full contrast.
The wordmark sits on a horizontal baseline. No tilt, no arc, no vertical stack.
No shadows, glows, outlines, or effects. The mark is flat by design.
Event photography is the brand's natural habitat. Preserve the mark's clear space, avoid busy zones, and prefer low-density areas that keep the subject intact.

PixDeel uses a near-neutral palette so event photography is the only source of color. A single platform accent, Ink Blue, carries every link and active state. Semantic colors speak to system states, not decoration.
Two blacks, white, and six grays. Works across every surface.
Ink Blue is the single accent for links, match counts, and focus rings outside the storefront.
Reserved for system states: success, warning, error, info. Never used to add color to a layout. On the public site the grammar is different: black and white is the photographer's layer, Ink Blue is the buyer, green is money.
Plus Jakarta Sans for display and headings, uppercase with tight negative tracking. Inter for everything else: UI, body, forms.
Display and headings. Always uppercase on the participant side. Weights 700 and 800. Tight negative tracking at large sizes.

Body, UI, navigation, forms. Weights 400, 500, 600. Normal tracking. Minimum 15px in forms to prevent iOS zoom on focus.

PixDeel talks like a thoughtful photographer, not a marketing team. Even consent copy reads like a person, not a contract.
Even biometric and payment copy reads like a person. No legal walls in the critical path.
When something fails, we own the moment and offer a next step. Never 'invalid input.'
Short, direct verbs. 'Find your photos,' not 'Click here to maybe find your photos.'
A clear sentence beats a clear paragraph. Cut half the words, then cut half again.
Texture comes from the nouns of their routine: Venmo, DM, bib number, QR code, the link. Adjective slang ages fast and sounds like a brand trying hard.
